Hybrid Infrastructure has never been easy. As AI agents become autonomous actors within hybrid environments, the traditional identity perimeters dissolves and security teams are faced with an explosion of non-human identities that are creating new attack surfaces.

This session explores what steps need to be taken to close the identity security gap before adversaries exploit the blind spots that come with AI adoption and how organisations can build a unified identity security strategy that spans humans, machines, and AI — without sacrificing speed or scale.

Zero Trust for the Agentic Enterprise: From Policy Fabric to Controlled Autonomy

• Everyone is excited about autonomous AI agents. Almost nobody is ready to govern them.
• Enterprises are moving from AI systems that answer questions to AI agents that take action: writing code, modifying infrastructure, calling APIs, opening tickets, testing systems, reviewing changes, and operating across toolchains at machine speed. That creates a new version of an old architectural problem. Who is the entity? What is it allowed to reach? Which tools may it execute? What evidence supports its decision? Who is accountable when it acts?
• The answer is not to bolt another AI security product onto the side. The answer is to treat Agentic AI as an enterprise architecture problem, and to build it on the same Zero Trust policy fabric used to govern humans, services, partners, suppliers, customers, and machine-to-machine systems.
• Drawing from the enterprise Zero Trust Program at Swiss Post and the development of Codeflare as a governed agentic engine, this session connects Zero Trust architecture with Agentic AI governance. We will explore how consensus architecture, explicit trust boundaries, policy-governed access, and continuous verification become the foundation for safe autonomy. Then we will apply those principles to agents: identity lineage, scoped tool access, gateway guardrails, Maker-Checker approval patterns, graduated autonomy, and forensic attribution.
• The central argument is simple: Agentic AI does not replace Zero Trust. It makes Zero Trust operationally mandatory.

Zero Trust is the Foundation of Protecting yourself from the AI-enabled Threats
The current controversy around the Anthropic Mythos security AI model has now enabled the stark reality were the amount of time between a cyber vulnerability being assigned a CVE, and a threat-actor writing malicious code to take advantage of that vulnerability, has collapsed from months or years down to hours or minutes. No cyber prevention or detection approach will ever be able react as fast as AI-discovered vulnerabilities can now be compromised. Is cybersecurity doomed?

No. Zero Trust is now more relevant than ever, in the age of AI-enabled cybercrime. All of the threats which Mythos, or similar AI models, can compromise assume that the intended target can be reached. Zero Trust enforces and monitors the common dependency which all threats have in order to move between all workloads: segmentation.

Before we try to understand the intent and inner workings of a detected threat, Zero Trust enforces the paths which any threat needs to move. If you enforce the one weakness which all threats rely on, you can limit the scope of the inevitable cyber breach. That first hijacked workload becomes the last, keeping a small breach from migrating and escalating into a crisis.

Zero Trust isn’t just a good idea, it is the foundation of protecting yourself from the AI-enabled threats of today and tomorrow.
